IV. Question Tags [pertanyaan penegas]

A question tag is a question form that is added at the end of  a statement or command.  It is used to confirm, to clarify, and to ask for clarification, or  to give emphasis on the preceding statement or command.  We divide the statements into two: A]with auxiliary and B]without auxiliary.

                The Junaedis family likes to sing.  They take time to get together once a week.  They always do it every Saturday evening.  The whole family is very musical.  The three children play musical instruments. Alfa, who is 17, plays piano and guitar well. Bravo, who is 15, plays guitar and flute. Charlie, who is 13, is learning to play the trumpet.
                Saturday evening is family evening for the Junaedis.  As usual the family has dinner together at 7.00 p.m.  After dinner, they spend the evening together.  That’s the evening which they reserve for family activities.  Sometimes they play games such as playing cards, scrabble, draughts or checkers.
