Preference = kegemaran, kesukaan

A Preference is an expression to state one’s choice or to show that one likes a certain thing or activity more than another.

Formula:

like	noun / gerund	better than	noun / gerund
prefer		to
would prefer	noun / to infinitive	rather than	noun / to infinitive
would rather	infinitive	than	infinitive

1. Pak Bambang Setiono likes soto ayam better than nasi goreng.
2. Pak Cahla Ismanto likes swimming better than running
3. Pak Iwan Setiawan prefers oranges to papayas.
4. I prefer reading to writing.
5. Pak Tomi would prefer gule rather than sop buntut.
6. Bu Sri would prefer to walk rather than to ride a bike.
7. Pak Endang would rather read than watch TV.
